We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Carbon 60. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage facilities maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with the facilities site manager to develop and implement facilities management strategies.
- Provide support to the environmental, health, and safety team on topics related to facilities management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field, preferably in a factory or production environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
