Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Activities Coordinator to enhance the quality of life for our residents. This role involves the development and organization of engaging social and recreational programs, both within the facility and in the community. You will collaborate with residents to understand their interests and preferences, fostering a vibrant atmosphere that encourages participation.
Your responsibilities will include designing and executing a diverse array of activities aimed at promoting both physical and mental health among our residents. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar environment, particularly with diverse groups who have varying needs and interests. As part of a collaborative team, your commitment to enriching the lives of elderly individuals will be paramount.
