About the Role

As a Youth Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our innovative project dedicated to addressing and preventing youth homelessness in London. You'll be part of a committed team working at the Youth Hub, providing essential accommodation services and support to young individuals who have experienced homelessness or are at risk.

Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients. This includes conducting thorough risk assessments and developing personalized support plans tailored to empower young people towards independent living. You'll also deliver one-on-one and group support sessions, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.

About You

We are seeking an individual with proven experience working in support settings, particularly with young people facing challenges. A strong understanding of homelessness, mental health, and substance use issues is essential, along with excellent skills in risk assessment and support planning.
