Young People Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Young People Support Worker to join our team at Depaul UK. As a key member of our Youth Hub team, you will play a vital role in delivering our innovative pan-London accommodation service for young people who have slept rough or are at risk of doing so.
Your primary responsibility will be to work with a caseload of clients, providing one-to-one and group support opportunities to increase their resilience and wellbeing. You will also be responsible for leading on risk and needs assessments, as well as contributing to ongoing support planning for clients in the service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with young people who have complex mental health needs, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding requirements and procedures. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of risk assessments and support planning.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young people and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support services. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
