As a key member of our Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement directorate, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing communications targeting our existing customer base to drive fundraising income.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver customer marketing strategy and execution
- Develop and implement marketing communications plans to engage and retain customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harness market, campaign, and customer insight to drive fundraising income
- Deliver and grow mass fundraising income through upsell, cross-sell, and improved retention
- Utilize expert understanding of leveraging first and third-party data and customer segmentation to drive customer engagement and retention
We are looking for a senior leader with extensive experience in customer marketing, fundraising, and team leadership. You will have a proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth.
You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. You will be able to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver business objectives.
