Director of Customer Marketing and Retention Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Customer Marketing and Retention to lead our customer marketing strategy and execution. As a key member of our Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement directorate, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive customer marketing strategy to drive fundraising income and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of customer marketing strategy to deliver significant income targets
- Develop and manage high-performing teams to deliver customer marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage market, campaign, and customer insight to inform customer marketing strategy
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with our below-the-line agency partner to deliver award-winning customer marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to maximize income from existing customer base
- Lead through change and deliver transformation in marketing outcomes and income impact
