Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our customers have a positive and seamless experience throughout their interactions with Dexters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor online review platforms, including Google Reviews and Trustpilot, to gather customer feedback and insights.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming customer inquiries and feedback via various channels.
  • Assist in the production of monthly reports and analysis on customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Process GDPR requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Relations Team to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for customer service excellence.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
