About the Role

As an Assistant Placemaker Manager, you will play a key role in our mission by deputising for the Placemaking manager and coordinating Catering & Retail operations to maximise sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate Catering & Retail operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Stock management, including orders, takes, and audits
  • Deliver promotional activity and lead and manage employees in the catering team
  • Ensure the team responds to product enquiries from prospective and current members
  • Motivate the team to create opportunities and deliver agreed KPIs
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for customer service and administration. Ideally, you will have previous management experience and a good understanding of all aspects of running a successful Leisure Centre, from membership acquisition to rota management.
