About the Role:
Firmdale Hotels is a leading international hospitality group, renowned for its luxury hotels and exceptional service. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Duty Manager to join our team at The Soho Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to maintain high standards of service and quality.
- Act as the liaison between the General Manager, guests, and the operational team.
- Monitor and uphold service standards, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
- Ensure the security of the hotel across all departments.
- Conduct regular health and safety checks.
- Deliver and maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
- Establish strong and professional relationships with guests.
- Manage and respond to any incidents or accidents involving guests or staff members.
- Provide operational support to all departments as needed.
- Meet and greet VIP guests, serving as their primary point of contact throughout their stay.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Head of Department or Duty Manager within a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding standards.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Resilience and determination to achieve excellence.
- Familiarity with Micros and Opera systems is desirable.
