About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at PiLON. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage site-based operatives, ensuring that all aspects of their work are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, ensuring that all personnel are aware of and comply with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including safety reports, quality control checks, and progress updates.
Requirements
  • Construction Skills Certificate Card (CSCS) and Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) certification.
  • First Aid qualification and full, clean UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
