Job Title: Fabrication Workshop Supervisor

As a key member of our team at Optima Site Solutions Ltd, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our Fabrication Workshop. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of fabricators, welders, and other workshop personnel to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
  2. Motivation and Development: Foster a positive working environment and enhance employee skill sets to drive productivity and quality.
  3. Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the production manager to create work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  4. Quality Control: Work closely with the Q&A department to oversee the quality of fabrication work, conduct inspections, and address any issues related to fabrication quality.
  5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain a safe working environment to prevent accidents and injuries.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and other relevant data, and provide regular reports to higher management on project status and resource requirements.
