About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled European Operations Executive to join our team at Strong Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing group operations for our client, a specialized European DMC handling international events and special interest tours coming to the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage group operations for international events and special interest tours
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of events and tours
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners
  • Manage and coordinate logistics, including transportation and accommodation arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in group operations with an inbound tour operator or DMC
  • Knowledge of Europe and its cultures
  • Fluency in English is essential, with a 2nd European language useful
