About the Role

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join their sales team in the Greater Manchester region. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the sales process, from initial contact to completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met, adhering to company policies and deadlines.
  • Conduct market research and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • Provide product information, tours, and demonstrations to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and provide insights to key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external bodies, such as solicitors and financial advisors, to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property sales and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of the house building industry and sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret and manage tracking systems and procedures.
