B2B Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and building strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop new business opportunities through telesales and occasional field sales
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximize sales potential
- Generate and calculate freight quotations and tender documents
- Draft and send sales correspondence
- Follow up calls to ensure sales process is completed
- Develop long-lasting relationships with new clients
- Manage client quotes and ensure timely completion
Requirements:
- Freight forwarding or export sales experience (ideal but not essential)
- Proven telesales experience
- Key account management experience with a proven track record of developing relationships
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary £23,000 - £25,000
- Plus commission OTE £4,000 - £8,000
- 22 days holiday
- Pension scheme
