Position Overview
The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting operations across various locations, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing services for children and young people, this role is integral to the development of our Neurodevelopmental program. We aim to improve the experiences of children and young people with specific needs, focusing on those with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
Joining our dedicated team means contributing to a project that strives to enhance the quality of care and support for families. Candidates will need to exhibit strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, working collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff.
The successful applicants will play a crucial role in driving improvements and ensuring timely access to essential services for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support within the designated team or department:
- Oversee daily operations and manage non-routine tasks effectively.
- Lead and mentor the administrative team, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance against established metrics.
- Assist in time management and daily operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, taking notes, and coordinating events and projects to ensure timely completion of tasks.
