Multi-Drop Delivery Specialist

Job Summary
As a 7.5t Delivery Driver at DX, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by transporting products to customers' premises in a safe and timely manner. You will be part of a multi-drop delivery route, ensuring that all products are handled with care and delivered to the correct location.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent DX in a professional manner at all times, adhering to our values and procedures.
- Drive vehicles safely and legally, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects and completing necessary paperwork.
- Scan products using DX scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking and delivery.
- Load and unload products safely, ensuring they are delivered in excellent condition.
- Manage your routing to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved, meeting customer expectations.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are in good working order and used at all times.
- Report any delivery or on-road issues to the traffic office immediately.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues in a polite and effective manner.
- Collect products in line with given instructions and times, ensuring timely delivery.
Essential Criteria
- Hold a valid C1 or above license with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
- Have a maximum of 6 points on your license and no bans.
- Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers.
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the success of DX.
