Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Stopgap Way. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering the annual marketing and events strategies to drive leads and awareness for our residential offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the annual marketing and events strategies to drive leads and awareness for the residential offering.
  • Maintenance of marketing materials including visual identities, brochures, models, floorplans, virtual reality, interactive content, show homes, and marketing suite.
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to manage and support all creative agencies and digital agencies including marketing suppliers, media buying agencies, PR agencies, and China facing digital agencies.
  • Content creation for digital marketing campaigns and platforms (email, website, landing pages) in collaboration with internal digital marketing team.
  • Proof and approve a full range of marketing material from property brochures to direct mail to email marketing.
  • Manage the China social accounts and the supporting content agency, including but not limited to WeChat, RED, and Weibo. Support the wider marketing teams understanding of the platforms and how to optimise content.
  • Manage delivery and coordination of marketing collateral for international and national residential exhibitions and events.
  • Manage the translation of all marketing materials into Mandarin to support marketing campaigns and agent activity globally.
  • Data analysis before, during, and after campaigns and reporting, turning data into insight, and insight into action.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the new build property market.
  • Knowledge of lead data analysis.
  • Mandarin speaker.
