Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Write, edit, and manage digital content across multiple formats, including websites, social media, and internal communications.
  • Oversee the company's presence on referral websites and ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
  • Identify and create content opportunities for marketing, public relations, and showcasing the company's work to external audiences.
  • Research and recommend third-party industry events for participation, sponsorship, and speaking engagements.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, English Literature, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a marketing and communication role, preferably within the civil and environmental engineering industry.
  • Proven experience in creating, editing, and managing digital content across various formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content and communication strategies that support brand messaging and engagement.
  • Competence in using analytics to evaluate content performance and inform strategic improvements.

What We Offer:

3-4 days in our Richmond office and a salary of up to £60,000.
