Are you a seasoned marketing professional seeking a leadership role in a dynamic and established company? We are recruiting for a Senior Marketing and Communications Director to lead our external marketing and communications efforts.

This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally-trading business and take on a senior leadership role, overseeing the performance, success, and expansion of our marketing and communications team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading the planning and delivery of strategy across a full digital and offline marketing mix, with a proven track record of driving audience engagement and growth through multichannel techniques.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • People leadership and management - recruitment, training, and development
  • Strategy planning and delivery - utilising multichannel techniques to engage, re-engage, and grow the audience
  • Leading on a key event portfolio - planning integrated campaigns to deliver successful events
  • Budget management for a paid and events strategy
  • Overseeing campaign execution including content (graphic, image, video, copy) for all channels
  • External agency management
  • Competitor and market analysis
  • Performance optimisation

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9-5, with a salary of £65-75,000, plus benefits, including excellent holiday and pension provision, and private health cover.

Hybrid working is available, with great offices and a company culture that values your ideas, expertise, and work.

For success in this role, you must be based within reasonable commute to offices in Richmond (free parking).
