Substation Commissioning Specialist - North Yorkshire

We are seeking a skilled Substation Commissioning Specialist to oversee the commissioning process of substation projects in North Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in substation commissioning and a keen eye for detail.

  • Commissioning Management: Lead and manage the commissioning activities for substation projects, ensuring all systems are installed, tested, and operational according to project specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support during the commissioning process, troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring optimal performance of all systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of commissioning activities, including test results, system configurations, and any modifications made during the process.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all commissioning activities comply with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices to minimize risks.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and address any concerns promptly.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in substation commissioning.
