The Opportunity
Nigel Wright Group is seeking a highly motivated HR Advisor to join their established HR team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career development and exposure to a range of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner and Senior Leaders to identify HR needs and deliver solutions.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and fit for purpose.
- Collaborate with the Talent team to understand training and recruitment needs.
- Provide frontline advice to Managers on HR matters, including sickness absence, discipline, and performance.
- Support the delivery of the HR strategy and identify personal development opportunities.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a driven and enthusiastic HR Advisor with proven experience in ensuring policies are up to date, managing sickness/absence, and supporting with ER cases.
They will be an excellent communicator with previous experience of working as a HR Advisor or similar, ideally in a multi-location business. Demonstrable knowledge of employment legislation is essential.
