The Role

As a Dealer Oversight Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our dealer network. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough due diligence on dealers, assessing their compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to management and departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on dealers, including reviewing credit reference agency reports and FLA oversight guidelines.
  • Collate evidence from multiple sources to verify dealer compliance.
  • Assess dealer performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to management and departments on dealer performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer due diligence and oversight activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the motor finance industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of FLA guidelines and dealer oversight best practices.
