The Role
As a Dealer Oversight Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our dealer network. You will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence, analyzing credit reference agency reports, and identifying potential risks. Your keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular oversight checks to verify dealer compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collate evidence from multiple sources to support due diligence findings.
- Develop and maintain dealer records within our dealer management systems.
- Provide feedback to management and departments on areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with applicable regulations and legislation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the motor finance industry, with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
- Sound analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong literacy and numerical skills.
- Proactive and organized, with a can-do attitude.
