Dealer Oversight Specialist

The RoleAs a Dealer Oversight Agent, you'll play a vital role in our Motor Finance operation, ensuring regulatory compliance, dealer performance, and operational conduct. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with dealers who embody our Admiral values, delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Due Diligence and Oversight of Dealer Network
- Mark dealer due diligence questionnaires and collate evidence from multiple sources to verify the onboarding of exceptional dealers into the Admiral network.
- Create and maintain dealer records within our dealer management systems.
- Undertake regular oversight to proactively provide due diligence to the dealer network.
- Assess relevant reporting and deep dive into areas of concern.
- Provide feedback to management and departments identifying any development or training needs based on findings during oversight checks.
- As a key member of our new and growing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that best practice and expertise are shared across operational teams and wider business areas.
- Previous experience in the motor finance industry, with a strong appetite for providing great customer outcomes.
- Sound analytical skillset.
- Identifying trends with a curious and inquisitive approach.
- Knowledge of FCA guidelines on dealer oversight, preferable but not essential.
- Effective communication skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly to all staff members.
- Strong literacy and numerical skills.
- Willingness to be developed, coached, and to take on board feedback.
- Pro-active, organised, and able to manage your time effectively and take initiative.
- Positive work ethic and a can-do attitude when supporting business in change.
- Willingness to share ideas and contribute to the business.
