About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and control-focused Senior Analyst to join our Costs and Charges Oversight Team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Costs and Charges reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of regulatory reports
  • Ensure rigorous oversight of data accuracy in all reports, implementing checks and balances to maintain high-quality outputs
  • Work closely with IT and data teams to enhance reporting tools, developing automation capabilities, and streamlining data management systems
  • Support change management initiatives, working with relevant project teams to deliver innovative solutions and continuous improvements to reporting processes
  • Monitor and maintain process documentation, ensuring all procedures are up-to-date and fully aligned with operational policies and compliance requirements
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing large data sets is advantageous
  • Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
