Beverage Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Director to join our team at COREcruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our beverage strategies across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute beverage strategies aligned with our company vision and brand identity.
- Create and maintain diverse, innovative drink menus that cater to varying tastes and preferences.
- Establish standard operating procedures for beverage preparation, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all sites.
- Lead beverage training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge, service standards, and sales techniques.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new products to continuously elevate our beverage offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in bars or restaurants.
- Extensive knowledge of beverage trends, ingredients, and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Creative flair and passion for crafting memorable beverage experiences.
