Job Title: Sales Director EMEA Beverage

About the Role:

Angove Partners is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to drive our business development initiatives in the EMEA Beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives revenue growth in the EMEA Beverage market.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the EMEA Beverage sector, expanding our client portfolio through long-term relationships with key industry players.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the division's success, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously improve sales processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to the EMEA Beverage sector and a proven track record of sales leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA Beverage market, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
