Job Title: Director, EMEA Sales

The Director, EMEA Sales, will lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and expansion in the EMEA market. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the EMEA market.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure they meet performance expectations and exceed targets.
  3. Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  5. Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, marketing, or related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
  3. Valid passport.
