Sales Director EMEA

Neota, a pioneering SaaS no-code automation platform, is seeking an exceptional Sales Director to drive revenue growth in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in devising and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities in the EMEA market.
- Engage with potential customers, understanding their unique needs, and provide innovative solutions using our powerful no-code automation platform.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, leveraging your expertise and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive lead generation activities in the EMEA market.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and stay ahead.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry, with a focus on the legal, risk & compliance sector.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly with low-code and no-code platforms like Pega, OutSystems, Appian, and ServiceNow.
- A strong network and established relationships within the EMEA market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
