About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our foodservice clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with foodservice clients, including head chefs, contract catering managers, and other key decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the foodservice industry, preferably with a foodservice manufacturer or wholesaler
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice sector, including menu planning, food costing, and catering operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
