Job Title: Band 6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist to join our team on a locum basis. The successful candidate will work with our Community Falls Prevention and Rehabilitation Team in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in the community setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions to patients with a range of conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of the team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months of NHS experience, preferably in the community setting.
  • Hold a Physiotherapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration.
  • Have access to a car for work purposes.
  • Be available to commence the role within 1-2 weeks and commit to a minimum of 3 months.
