We are looking for a future team member for the position of Client Service Director (VP) within our Asset Services, Client Service Delivery team. This role offers a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the client's advocate within the Asset Servicing Business, ensuring a consistently exceptional client experience across our product offerings.
- Oversee multiple client concerns of varying complexities, from routine service escalations to the introduction of new products.
- Balance service delivery commitments with compliance to regulatory standards.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients' operations, business models, and technology strategies.
- Deliver outstanding service tailored to client needs and expectations across all products and services.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their service requirements deeply.
- Facilitate effective communication within clients' organizations regarding industry developments, regulatory changes, and product advancements.
- Monitor service quality and product performance, proactively identifying potential issues and opportunities.
- Provide insightful operational analytics and transparency into service performance, utilizing industry interfaces.
- Offer strategic recommendations for enhancements across service delivery, product offerings, technology, and operations to optimize client solutions.
- Collaborate with technology, product, and operations teams to enhance current services and develop superior future solutions.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with both internal teams and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and operate with a sense of urgency.
- Clear and concise communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Strong focus on controls, with the ability to recognize when escalation is necessary.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, mentoring less experienced team members.
- Experience in top-tier investment services firms is advantageous.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional client experiences in client service delivery or financial services operations, particularly in Custody and Fund Services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred experience in financial services or a related industry.
