About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Asset Servicing, Client Experience team as a Vice President, Client Service II. This role is a key position within our organization, and we are looking for someone who can make a significant impact in the following areas:
- Client Service Delivery
- Monitor and ensure smooth service delivery for our global clients, providing exceptional customer experience and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Relationship Management
- Support Relationship Managers in client account setup and governance, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, working towards generating efficiencies and supporting financial targets.
- Team Leadership
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for your team, setting metrics and goals to ensure continuous process improvement and optimal client satisfaction.
- Staff Development
- Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop your staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- Experience
- 10+ years in the investment banking industry.
- Leadership Experience
- 3+ years of people management experience.
