About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Director to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. As a Client Service Director, you will be responsible for managing a medium-sized financial services team responsible for providing daily administrative duties, including client billing and internal control activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage a medium-sized financial services team, responsible for providing daily administrative duties, including client billing and internal control activities.
  • Training and Development: Complete end-to-end training for all new joiners, including business overview, systems training, and functional training.
  • Operations Coordination: Coordinate and direct the daily operations of a financial services team.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Management Experience: At least 3 years of management experience is required.
  • Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge of corporate trust, products, and services would be a strong asset.
