In this role, you will identify communication needs and ensure that all communication is consistent with the programme\u2019s values, messaging, and identity.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

* Substantial experience working across most or all engagement/communication disciplines, on large scale transformational projects and programmes.
* Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and articulate complex information.
* A talent for identifying and addressing communication gaps, while ensuring that all messaging is cohesive and aligned with the programme\u2019s goals and values.
* Knowledge of communication management techniques, models and theories, and experience of their practical application in business contexts, with ADKAR awareness/skills being advantageous.
