Then there is an exciting opportunity to join the Mencap team in Northern Ireland as a Regional Community Engagement Lead.- Mencap Northern Ireland are looking for a full time (37.5 hours per week) Regional Community Engagement Lead to join the team and support the growth and development of our communities and networks. This role will require some flexible working within the communities as well as at least 2 days a week in the office at the Mencap Centre in Belfast.- As a Community Engagement Lead you will:
- develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with a wide range of people, organisations and communities in Northern Ireland
- gather insight, data and build knowledge about local communities and organisations
- support the development of resources and content which adds value to the network
- This role would be well suited to someone with previous community engagement experience, strong communication skills and a passion to ensure people with a learning disability are included and supported within their communities.-
