Position Overview

A reputable manufacturing firm is seeking a Credit Controller to enhance their finance team on a temporary basis.

This role involves collaborating with the Senior Credit Controller to manage essential functions within the Credit Control division. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing a designated portfolio of debtor accounts, including proactive debt collection through various communication channels.
  • Generating and dispatching monthly financial statements, invoices, and credit notes as necessary.
  • Addressing all credit control inquiries and escalating issues to the Senior Credit Controller when needed.
  • Handling incoming calls and processing card payments efficiently.
  • Performing general administrative tasks and maintaining customer account records.
  • Supporting month-end closing activities and assisting in audit preparations.

This role requires on-site presence during standard business hours.

Ideal candidates will possess previous experience in credit control or a background in accounting administration, along with strong proficiency in Excel.
