Location: Remote with occasional on-site visits

Annual Salary: £30,461 - £38,407 depending on experience

Main Duties:

  • Support clients with employee relations casework, including email, telephone, and on-site interactions
  • Investigate and provide written reports on various employment matters
  • Attend formal meetings and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Design and deliver training sessions on HR topics for clients

Requirements:

  • Evidenced experience in advising on HR issues, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, redundancy, and TUPE
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations cases
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, including the Green Book, Burgundy Book, and School Staffing Regulations
  • Ability to travel to client locations within and outside the region
  • Part or fully CIPD qualified to level 5 or equivalent experience and evidence of Continuous Professional Development

About the Role:

The HR Advisor will work closely with clients to deliver HR services in accordance with service level agreements. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
