We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Operations Assistant to join our team at Kensington Mortgage Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Team to ensure efficient management of mortgage applications.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Assist in the processing of mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the Sales & BDU team as needed, covering for other roles or assisting with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Collaborate with intermediaries to resolve new or submitted applications.
