Position: Application Support Engineer

As a vital member of the technical support team at Proactive Appointments, the Application Support Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining the optimal performance of software applications. This position involves direct interaction with clients, necessitating exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and via email, as well as meticulous attention to detail in addressing and resolving client support inquiries.

• Provide expert guidance to clients, effectively troubleshooting technical challenges and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and resolve complex issues efficiently.
