Job Title: Retail Deputy Manager

As a Retail Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in helping your store run smoothly. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Stand-in for the Store Manager, taking responsibility for the team and store operations when needed
  • Foster a positive store atmosphere that's welcoming and inclusive
  • Drive retail sales and achieve high performance across key metrics
  • Lead and coach the team to provide outstanding customer service and retail experiences
  • Merchandise products effectively to drive sales and meet commercial targets
