We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President, Product Deployment and Enablement to join our team at GroupM. This is a critical leadership role that will oversee the deployment and enablement of our products and platforms across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient and effective deployment and enablement of our products and platforms.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between deployment and enablement strategies and our overall product and engineering objectives.
    • Work in collaboration with our product and engineering teams to ensure alignment and consistency across regions.
  • Deployment
    • Oversee the end-to-end deployment of our products, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
    • Manage the overall roadmap for agency and client product deployment.
    • Deliver cross-pillar deployments and platform deployment through a network of product deployment resources embedded across regions and markets.
  • Enablement
    • Deliver excellence in client and agency experience of our products and platforms through creating and delivering high-quality product training, product support, and marketing and communications.
    • Ensure that enablement functions are delivered consistently and are connected across all regions.
  • Marketing and Communications
    • Own the strategic positioning of our products throughout the product lifecycle and customer experience.
    • Responsible for all product marketing, developing clear, consistent, and customer-focused product marketing and communications for individual products and for our platform.
  • Training
    • Establish and deliver effective product training that delivers measurable adoption and effective usage of our products.
    • Establish and drive standardized frameworks, processes, and training measurements that deliver measurable adoption and effective usage of our products.
  • Product Steering Structures and Communities
    • Define the product steering structures for global and regional product requirements to govern platform strategy and individual product strategic and tactical development.
    • Put in place global steering committees and product/platform boards across our team and GroupM.
  • Product Support
    • Define and lead the strategic and operational product support model at GroupM.
    • Directly deliver 1st and 2nd line customer support for our products, triaging issues and working with our product and engineering teams to resolve product and technical issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • GroupM Alignment & Stakeholder Management
    • Work collaboratively with broader GroupM functions to ensure consistency and alignment.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across GroupM both globally and regionally.
  • Measurement, KPIs & Process Improvement
    • Working with our VP, Product Measurement, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product deployment, support, steering structures, communities, and so on.
    • Monitor and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement. Proactively review and optimize processes where needed.
  • Team Leadership
    • Build, lead, and inspire an experienced team of deployment and enablement specialists to achieve our product and engineering goals and objectives.
    • Work closely with our SVP Product Enablement in each pillar team to ensure we are acting as one team for product deployment and enablement.
