As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team of Care Assistants in delivering exceptional, personalized care that respects the dignity and preferences of each individual.

Your Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within your unit, ensuring high standards of care.
- Administer medications, evaluate care plans, and maintain accurate records.
- Lead and mentor a team of Care Assistants, facilitating effective shift handovers.
- Support the onboarding and training of new staff, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Establish strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist residents with various personal care tasks, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Completion or progress towards an NVQ3 in care is preferred.
- Demonstrated motivation, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
