About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, meal times, and activities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with their medication and healthcare needs
- Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and a sense of community
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and a positive resident experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a residential setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to residents
