About the Role:
Workforce Personnel is seeking experienced Care Workers to join our team and support various local residential care homes in the Surrey area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support vulnerable individuals with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, mental health, and elderly care.
- Provide social, emotional, and physical support to all clients.
- Assist with manual handling and personal care.
Requirements:
- A caring and empathetic nature.
- Sensitivity towards the needs of vulnerable individuals.
- Reliable working ethics.
- Good writing skills.
- A good communicator.
- An active team player.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and be available at short notice.
- Previous experience working in care (minimum 6 months UK experience).
- Ability to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- Willingness to complete mandatory training.
