About the Role:

Workforce Personnel is seeking experienced Care Workers to join our team and support various local residential care homes in the Surrey area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support vulnerable individuals with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, mental health, and elderly care.
  • Provide social, emotional, and physical support to all clients.
  • Assist with manual handling and personal care.

Requirements:

  • A caring and empathetic nature.
  • Sensitivity towards the needs of vulnerable individuals.
  • Reliable working ethics.
  • Good writing skills.
  • A good communicator.
  • An active team player.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and be available at short notice.
  • Previous experience working in care (minimum 6 months UK experience).
