About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Supporter Development Coordinator to join our team at Church Urban Fund. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain individual supporters, ultimately driving growth in fundraising income.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individual supporter acquisition and development plans, leveraging on- and offline channels to increase the Church Urban Fund's active supporter base.
  2. Collaborate with the fundraising and communications teams to create and execute campaigns, appeals, and cross-organizational marketing initiatives that foster supporter loyalty and engagement.
  3. Work closely with the fundraising assistant to ensure seamless integration of church and community engagement efforts.
  4. Manage income and expenditure budgets, accurately monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and outcomes through our Salesforce CRM.
  5. Contribute to the development of the fundraising strategic and operational plans, with a focus on individual and church programs.
Requirements
  • Proven success in delivering individual supporter fundraising programs and developing journeys and touchpoints.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience in briefing and managing external agencies.
  • Strong mass communication skills, with the ability to write compelling content for various channels.
  • A head for numbers, with experience in budgeting and analyzing results.
  • Good knowledge of CRM databases and social media channels.
