Job Description

Job Title: Adult Team Leader - Special Needs Education

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Adult Team Leader to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of our onsite clinical team and delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students with complex profiles of need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the line management of the onsite clinical team
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need
  • Hold the therapy caseload with the support of our clinical network and team
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation
  • Support the integration of the service in the day-to-day running of each provision
  • Deliver the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy at a universal, enhanced, and specialist level

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
  • Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
  • Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
