About the Role
As a Senior User Researcher, you will be responsible for leading and designing research studies throughout the product lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our users are at the centre of all transformational activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding stakeholders in the right approach to address their questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Designers to embed research findings into agile teams and processes.
- Align user research sessions and activities with product objectives and priorities.
- Engage stakeholders in user research activities and promote a culture of user-centred and evidence-based approach to product and service design.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced User Researcher with a passion for leading, designing, and running a broad range of research methodologies. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including thematic analysis. Your ability to influence your audience and present complex information in a clear and concise manner is essential.
