Job Description

Location: This role is based in London, with hybrid working options available.

Salary: An excellent basic salary plus bonus and benefits package.

Working Hours: Full time hours, Monday to Friday.

Duration: 12 months.

About the Role

As a User Researcher at Vodafone, you will play a crucial role in advancing our omni-channel design process by conducting insightful research. You will work closely with service design, product and UX design teams to drive strategic decision making and shape the customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with design teams to develop research plans and discussion guides.
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative research to ensure robust data collection and analysis.
  • Deducing actionable insights and recommendations from research findings.
  • Leading business critical projects and engaging across the product development life cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with user research in a complex organization.
  • Expertise across a range of user research methods, including usability testing, qualitative moderation and survey design.
  • Strong ability to work closely with design peers to find solutions and drive projects forward.
  • Confident managing and communicating with senior leaders and justifying strategic decisions.
