Compliance Officer with PSD2 Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer with PSD2 experience to join our client's team in their central London offices. As a key member of the compliance team, you will be responsible for supporting the financial services regulatory compliance process for the UK, reporting to the Head of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support overall compliance program, focusing on requirements under FCA regulatory licences.
  • Assist in managing 'high-focus' areas such as regulatory reporting, customer complaints & notifications as per FCA and PSD2 guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure effective implementation of regulatory requirements.

This is a 12-month contract, with a hybrid arrangement of 2 days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in FCA regulatory reporting, compliance management & auditing, and a degree in Law, Finance, or Business. Additionally, experience within Banks, FinTech, Payments, or Consultancy companies is highly desirable.
